Accomodation disappointing but very handy to get around to sightsee.

The proximity of the apartment was very handy.

The apartment definetly was not luxury. Walls were very dirty. Towels were threadbare. Mats in the bathroom were dirty and not practical. Bed linen was clean but very basic except for second bedroom my son had, had hairs in the bed. Floors were moped but not clean. Kitchen was clean but the washing machine was dirty. Windows and balcony glass was not clean. Such a shame as a thing like a coat of paint, better linen, and cleanliness would make it a great stay. We did notice many signs in the building saying no Airbnb or short term rentals which is against building policy which made us uncomfortable. Staff were helpful.

Overall it was pleasant , we were there only at nights

Bed was ok, I like balkony with sits to enjoy the night view, location was great, just across the street there is a place where you can eat any food you like

When we check in there wasn't any towels, despite it was 6 pm, we had to wait for them and we discovered there was not washing powder for washing machine. We traveled to Melaka and we needed to wash our clothes, we had to wait again. Towels where a bit worn out as linens and wasn't any face towels and anything we can mop all water that was all over bathroom. TV did not work

There was a lack of kitchen utensils, no drinking glasses at all. The rooms were very small.

Excellent location, great stay

The location is excellent. Easy access to metro, food and Marina Bay. Has a washing machine. Also very useful

There was a kitchen with cutlery but no plates. An iron and ironing table would also be useful

Small cramped flat

Convenient location bus and MRT connectivity good

Small flat, only one shared bathroom with no place to hang clothes and towels. More like accommodation for 2 persons and not 4. Dining table space for 2 only.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location for access to the financial district and the bay. It also has a fantastic view from the balcony all the way across the water (that is until they build another high rise in front of it). The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The pool is nice and clean and relaxing. housekeeping provided every other day on request. Washer/dryer in kitchen.

Lack of attention to detail to make it really comfortable for guests. No bedside table or lamps. Only one key provided for 4 guests. Bedding was not hotel quality. No paper towel or kitchen towel provided, the single sponge for cleaning dishes was filthy, dishwashing liquid bottle was empty. We were 4 people and they only provided 4 towels even after we requested more. No extra towels for pool.

« Localisation hypercentrale,très proche du MRT. »

Localisation hypercentrale,très proche du MRT. Logement pratique. Ils ont été hyper réactifs, par mail ou whats app. Très compréhensif pour un check out tardif(on a pu laisser nos bagages jusqu’à 17h30). 2 chambres,parfait pour notre de 4 dont 2 enfants.

Une seule serviette par personne pour le séjour,c est peu. Même pas de serviette pour essuyer les mains. Cuisine très peu utilisée.

Great location & facilities

The location is excellent; literally across the road from Lau Pa Sat Hawkers Market which is convenient for dinner, and about 200 meters from the closest MRT station (Telok Ayer). The apartment itself Is modern, with two bedrooms, a balcony, a small lounge area and a small kitchen including washer/dryer facilities which was convenient for our family of 4.

There were just a couple of small things that detracted from our stay. The tap in the bathroom isn’t plumbed in properly which means you only get a trickle of cold water out of it. There was only one small light in the bathroom with exposed wires hanging from the ceiling where the other one should be. The pillows on the beds are very lumpy and uncomfortable. The apartment also needs a paint as the walls were very dirty, especially in the bedrooms. There are big signs up all throughout the building saying that short term rentals are banned and carry a fine of $200K which made us feel uncomfortable; we had people in the lift comment that we looked like tourists. These things prevent me from giving the property a 5 star rating.

Overall is good, easy access, but the cleanliness really need to be improved.

Location is nice and easy access to Chinatown and Marina Bay.

The condo cleanliness need to be improved. The housekeeping team promised to do housekeeping on the 2nd day of stay but they did not turn up. Bed sheet and towel were not cleaned when we check-in (got lipstick and blood stain). We put a short note on the table and message them through sms for the housekeeping team but they did not turn up, so we use our own towel during our stay. Key hand over is not convenience, due to I could not access to internet and wifi, I did not get the message that sent to my email. We been waiting near the condo for the keys for 1 hour.

Good location with nice pool. Put off by the short term rental issue in the building.

Great convenient location

As others have mentioned the apartment is very small- especially for family of 5 adults. The apartment block has big “no air bnb or short term rentals “ signs everywhere!

Great location

The location is perfect. A hawker center and a 7/11 right across the street, metro station 2 blocks away and many sights within walking distance. The pool and the view from the pool was great. Also the view from the apartment's balcony was great. The staff was very nice. Aircon was very good and you can adjust it for every room.

Wifi was slow and didn't always work at all. The apartment was smaller than we thought. For a family of four this would be great, but for four adults a bit too small. The balcony could have some furniture (at least chairs).
